For Newbies Only!
To aid those who are new to ROBOLAB, a special "Apprentice Workshop" is planned for the Friday, August 4th, before the conference.The workshop will be from 9AM to 4PM with breaks and a break for lunch.
The learning objectives from the "Apprentice Workshop" are that the participants will be able to:
Describe the differences between the three ROBOLAB programming interfaces (Pilot, Inventor, and Investigator).
Build a simple LEGO MINDSTORMS robot that can go forward and program the robot to complete a square using Pilot and Inventor.
Build a robot that can follow a line in a square using Inventor (light sensor basics).
Build a robot that can follow a wall using Inventor (touch sensor basics).

*Location : College of Education Tech Center at WSU
*Laptops and Robotics Equipment will be provided, but you are encouraged to
bring your own to maximize the experience!
